The Ritual
ORIGEN MOROCHO is specifically curated for a comforting espresso experience or as a rich, classic base for milk-based drinks.
- Modern Espresso: We recommend a 1:2 ratio (e.g., 18g in, 36g out) in 26–29 seconds. This extraction style concentrates the rich caramel sweetness and delivers a heavy, velvety dark chocolate body.
- Milk-Based (Cortado/Latte): The warm vanilla and buttery sweet notes pair flawlessly with textured milk, creating a creamy cup that tastes like a rich, toasted caramel treat.
