The Ritual
MT. ELGON A+ is crafted for those who value clarity and comforting balance, performing with equal finesse as an aromatic pour-over or a smooth espresso.
- Filter (V60): We recommend a clean 1:17 brew ratio using 92°C water. A steady, gentle pour structure highlights the delicate vanilla perfume and the crisp, tea-like finish.
- Espresso: Target a standard 1:2 ratio (18g in, 36g out) in 28–30 seconds. This draws out a sweet, syrupy caramel body.
