Base Earning: Members earn 10 Gems for every 100 EGP spent on successful online transactions at luumcoffee.com. Points are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees.
Returns & Cancellations: If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the corresponding Gems earned from that transaction will be deducted from your Vault balance.
Account Inactivity: Your hard-earned Gem balance is completely safe as long as you remain active. If an account shows zero purchase or point-earning activity for a rolling period of 6 consecutive months, the total Gem balance will automatically reset to zero.
2. Campaign & Action Rules
Annual Vault Streak Challenge: The Order Booster track runs on a strict calendar year, resetting completely at midnight on December 31. Progress towards milestones resets to Level 1 annually. However, your lifetime Tier Status (e.g., Keyholder) carries over into the new year.
Community Actions: Points for standard actions (Social media follows, Email list subscriptions) can only be claimed once per lifetime account.
The LUUM Survey: To maintain system integrity, our survey tracking is a manual verification process. Please allow up to 24 hours from submission for our team to verify and inject your 100 Gem bonus into your account.
Referral Program: You will receive your 300 Gem referral bonus if, and only if, the friend you invite uses your unique link to complete their first successful paid purchase. Self-referrals or duplicate account creation will result in permanent suspension from the Vault program.
3. Rewards & Redemptions
Voucher Expirations:All LUUM Store Vouchers and Free Coffee Bag rewards carry a generous 90-day expiry window from the moment of redemption. All 3rd-party gear rewards (Timemore, Fellow, Muvna, Ikape, Hario) carry a strict 14-day expiry window. Unused gear vouchers will not be refunded or re-credited.
Gear Fulfillment: 3rd-party gear options are strictly subject to local market availability. Once a gear voucher is redeemed on an order, please allow an additional 4 to 5 working days for our team to procure, inspect, and ship your hardware package.
Returns & Exchanges on Gear: Because 3rd-party hardware is custom-procured upon request, all gear redemptions are strictly final. Third-party items are entirely non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, store credit, or a refund of Gems back into your Vault account.
