The Story
Grown in the legendary Huila region at soaring altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 meters, this 100% Specialty Arabica Castillo lot is a beautiful representation of classic Colombian terroir. Carefully cultivated by local micro-farmers, the cherries undergo a meticulous washing process to highlight the absolute cleanest expression of the bean. Roasted to a precise medium-dark profile, it strikes a perfect harmony—offering a dense, sweet, and comforting mouthfeel with practically zero harsh bitterness or sharp, overwhelming acidity.

The Ritual
Crafted to be incredibly versatile, this coffee is a phenomenal crowd-pleaser that performs beautifully across both filter and espresso setups.
Filter (V60): We recommend a standard 1:16 brew ratio with 92°C water. This brings out the floral sweetness of orange blossom and the warm caramel body.
Espresso / Milk-Based: With its medium roast profile, it behaves impeccably as a rich espresso. When paired with textured milk, the fig and caramel notes turn incredibly creamy, cutting through like a sweet dessert while the chocolate finish truly shines.
