1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Friday and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods or new coffee drops, processing may take an additional day. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every batch is packed for freshness.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping rates based on weight and Governorate.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email (or SMS) notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe (after receiving your shipping confirmation), please contact us at info@luumcoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that our couriers typically require a physical address and a valid phone number for delivery. We may be unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@luumcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
