An ethereal and vibrant expression from the volcanic slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater. This Geisha lot captures the wild essence of the Serengeti, delivering a high-clarity profile of bright citrus and tropical fruit, finished with a delicate floral elegance.

The Story

GEISHA - 158 is a product of the historic Gaia and Edelweiss Estates, nestled on the edge of the Ngorongoro Forest where local wildlife roams freely. Originally established in 1930, these farms have been managed by the Vohora family since 1969. At elevations up to 1,850 meters, the rich volcanic loam soil provides the perfect foundation for this rare variety. The cool, dry winter of the region allows for a slow ripening process, which the Vohora family harnesses through meticulous hand-picking and a rested-in-shade natural process to ensure the most complex flavor development.

The Profile

A shimmering and multi-layered cup characterized by its crystalline transparency and tropical resonance.

Primary Notes: Mandarin Orange, Pineapple, and Caramel.

The Finish: A lingering, elegant Floral resonance that defines the Geisha variety.

The Ritual

GORO GEISHA is designed for the pour-over enthusiast (V60 or Orea). The high-altitude volcanic terroir reward a precise, high-temperature extraction that iLLUMinates its delicate acidity.

Filter (V60): We recommend a 1:17 brew ratio using 94°C water. A faster pour structure will highlight the shimmering Mandarin Orange and Pineapple notes, while preserving the tea-like floral finish.

Modern Espresso: Aim for a high-yield "Turbo" style shot (1:3 ratio) to experience a concentrated burst of tropical caramel and citrus clarity.
