This lot, sourced from the high-altitude cloud forests of Jinotega, represents the intersection of century-old tradition and modern sustainable innovation. We’ve roasted this selection to honor the 3rd and 5th generation producers who continue to redefine Nicaraguan specialty coffee through meticulous experimental fermentation and a commitment to their local ecosystem.

A heavy and structured cup characterized by its syrupy mouthfeel and deep, resonant sweetness. MAMA MINA offers a robust sensory experience that moves from the crispness of orchard fruit into a dense, confectionary finish.
